Edna Catherine Grandle, 81, of Rockingham, Va., passed away Jan. 15, 2023, at her residence. Don was a contractor in San Diego for over fifty years and was well known in the County as President of WestStar Contractors. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family. She knew that living on a four generation family farm in the rolling hills of rural Clinton County, Iowa was an idyllic place to grow up. She is survived by her sister, Mary W.
